Markets had a relatively muted week, despite problems in the American banking sector and central bankers raising rates. 
     The cover graph shows how generally people are worried about the state of the banks in the US. However, the party that advocates less regulation and government interference – the Republican Party – is the most fearful. Are they inconsistent or simply distracted?
